• How to Return: Simply contact us info@kookrukoo.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange, we will assist you through the process.

Please note:

• You may return your purchase within 7 days of the ship date
• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs when items are returned or exchanged unless it is due to products’ manufacturing faults.
• You will receive your refund within 4-5 business days once we receive your parcel
• The return address will be provided by email after the application is submitted

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no vis
